Harbor Hotel Provincetown

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Maurice at the front desk. The free shuttle to/from Provincetown was very convenient, especially when parking there was nonexistent! The rooms are spacious and updated. Beds are very comfortable. We did not use the outdoor pool nor firepit/sitting area, but both were very nice. Overall I'd stay here again.

The hotel was clean. The staff was spectacular. The room was great. The location may not be ideal for some. It’s about a 40 minute walk from the edge of the “happening” part of Provincetown. But if you’re in it for a quiet, serene beachfront place, this is your hotel. Beautiful, clean, warm pool, nice loungers, beautiful greenery behind the hotel. Bike and scooter rentals can be “turned in” right in front of the hotel, so if you’re willing to buy an hour bike pass you can turn them back in at the hotel.

We stayed one night and were very impressed with the hotel. From the friendly staff to the clean and efficiently arranged room, we felt safe and comfortable. Maurice was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We were pleased with the freshly brewed morning coffee in the reception area as well as the Keurig setup in our room. The newly renovated shower was one of the best we’ve experienced while away. Needless to say if we are in Provincetown again, we will stay at the Harbour Hotel.

Such a fun surprise getaway for me! Harbor Hotel was perfect! The rooms were newly renovated and Yvonne kept it sparkling clean. The beautiful location is incredible. Enjoyed the heated pool & fire pit by the beach. Their Manager Sean made us feel right at home from the moment we checked in- gave us suggestions for wonderful things to do including must experience restaurants and every one of them was a hit. He was genuine and charming to talk to. Krista always smiling at night at the front desk. Coco helped us charmingly with our tv and brought us fresh towels after an incredible whale watch. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Wonderful little motel/hotel one mile from downtown We stayed Halloween night- check in was great. Staff terrific and friendly, even offered us free upgrade room. We had a double queen room facing the ocean. The beds are comfy with nice linens. Bathroom was good with small storage are to the side. Convenient coffee maker and refrigerator in room, though lobby also had coffee.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Harbor Hotel. The rooms were very clean and up-to-date, with comfortable bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The bathrooms were spotless and the showers felt modern and well-maintained. The location couldn’t be better—you can easily walk into Provincetown, or take advantage of the free hotel and town shuttles, which made getting around really easy. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make my engagement to my partner extra special, which meant so much to us. It’s clear they take great care of their guests, and we really appreciated the personal touches. Overall, we had an excellent experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Harbor Hotel.

My wife and I came to Provincetown to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a room booked at another hotel and were extremely disappointed to see they put us in a room that had a wedding reception right outside of it. We tried to reason with the first hotel but they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us. In a pinch, I called the Harbor Hotel to ask if they had any rooms. Maurice answered the phone and had a few options for us, but we ultimately got a room with a king size bed that overlooked the pool. When we arrived, we explained to Maurice what we were met with at the first hotel. He took care of us right away. On top of what he did for us accommodation-wise, he also pulled some strings to get a shuttle to bring us from the Harbor Hotel to our dinner reservation!! He was very kind, helpful, and generous when we arrived and provided us with the champagne-level service. The room we got was infinitely better than the one at the first hotel. It was much bigger, everything was very clean, and we didn’t hear a peep from anyone outside of the room. While Maurice was incredibly helpful, he will never truly understand how big of an impact he had on our weekend. Our original plan was ruined but Maurice’s help saved our anniversary weekend. The next time we come to Provincetown, we’ll be staying at the Harbor Hotel without a doubt.

Don’t let the outside Motel look turn you away. The staff: KRISTA, was very accommodating and friendly when we checked in, and Sean was very personable during check out. The rooms are clean and modern, I only wish I visited during the warmer months to enjoy the pool and fire pit. I highly recommend this economical option!
